Job SummaryWe are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused, and target-driven Retail Sales Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to guide customers in selecting the right electronics and home appliances based on their needs.

As a Retail Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while achieving individual and store sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers and understand their requirements.
• Demonstrate and explain product features, specifications, and benefits.
• Recommend suitable products based on customer needs and budget.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Promote extended warranties, accessories, finance options, and value-added services.
• Generate quotations and assist customers throughout the purchase process.
• Ensure all walk-in customer enquiries are captured in the company's Lead Management System.
• Follow up with pending leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM/ERP system.
• Coordinate with billing, warehouse, and delivery teams for smooth order execution.
• Keep product displays clean, attractive, and properly stocked.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, offers, competitor products, and market trends.
• Resolve basic customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.
• Assist in inventory checks, stock management, and showroom merchandising.
• Participate actively in promotional campaigns, events, and sales activities.
• Desired Candidate ProfileGraduate or Higher Secondary (12th Pass) with relevant retail sales experience.
• 1–5 years of experience in retail sales (Electronics, Mobile, Appliances, Consumer Durables, or FMCG preferred).
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to learn may also apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Strong selling, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Comfortable using smartphones, WhatsApp, and CRM/ERP software.
• Ability to work on weekends and public holidays as per retail business requirements.
