Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our dealer-distributor network across assigned regions. The ideal candidate should have strong market understanding, relationship-building skills, and hands-on experience in channel sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand dealer-distributor network in assigned territories
- Drive sales growth through channel partners and direct efforts
- Identify new business opportunities and onboard dealers/distributors
- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners for repeat business
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and support
- Conduct field visits and ensure strong market presence
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Graduate (BBA preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in dealer-distributor network development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned locations
- Have access to a personal vehicle
