Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to expand our Makhana business across multiple cities. The candidate should be comfortable with travelling extensively, meeting distributors/retailers, generating new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

Field Sales Executive – Makhana Sales

Job Responsibilities

• Visit different cities and markets to promote and sell Makhana products.
• Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and supermarkets.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct market research and provide feedback on competitor activities and customer demand.
• Ensure timely collection of payments from clients wherever applicable.
• Prepare daily sales reports and submit updates to management.
• Attend weekly reporting meetings at the office every Saturday.

Working Schedule

• Monday to Friday: Field visits and sales activities in different cities.
• Saturday: Office reporting and sales review meeting.
• Sunday: Weekly off.

Travel Requirement

• The role involves regular travelling to multiple cities.
• Travel and food allowances will be provided during field visits.

Requirements

• Experience in field sales, FMCG sales, food products, or distribution sales preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Ability to build strong client relationships.
• Self-motivated and target-driven personality.
• Basic knowledge of reporting and sales tracking.
