Automobile Showroom Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Showroom Manager to oversee the daily operations of our 2 Wheeler automobile showroom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing showroom staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, achieving business targets, and maintaining smooth showroom operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

• Achieve monthly and annual vehicle sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize showroom revenue.
• Monitor daily sales performance and guide the sales team to improve conversions.
• Generate walk-in inquiries and promote customer referrals.

Team Management:

• Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales executives and showroom staff.
• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and product training.
• Ensure staff adherence to company policies and customer service standards.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Ensure a superior customer buying experience from inquiry to vehicle delivery.
• Handle customer escalations and resolve complaints professionally.
• Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Showroom Operations:

• Oversee day-to-day showroom operations and ensure a clean, attractive, and well-maintained display.
• Coordinate with inventory, service, finance, and insurance teams for seamless operations.
• Monitor vehicle stock availability and coordinate timely replenishment.

Reporting & Compliance:

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports.
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, bookings, deliveries, and customer feedback.
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies, OEM guidelines, and statutory requirements.
