Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to lead our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise across multiple cuisines (Indian, Bengali, Mughlai), with a passion for innovation and consistency in food quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and design menus that reflect diverse cuisines.
- Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene.
- Control inventory, manage food costs, and minimize wastage.
- Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.
- Collaborate with management on seasonal specials and customer preferences.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef in a multicuisine restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of international cooking techniques and ingredients.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain quality.
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred.
