Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Carefully pack customer orders (kurta sets, dresses, dupattas, etc.) as per brand standards
- Ensure proper folding and premium presentation of garments
- Attach price tags, thank-you cards, and invoices properly
- Quality check products before packing (no stains, defects, or missing pieces)
- Coordinate with courier partners for timely dispatch
- Maintain daily dispatch records
- Manage packaging materials inventory (boxes, tapes, polybags, etc.)
