Phlebotomist

Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled and responsible Phlebotomist to conduct home/sample collection visits for patients, diagnostic centers, hospitals, and healthcare clients. The candidate will be responsible for safe blood collection, proper sample handling, and timely coordination with the operations team.

• Key Responsibilities:Visit patient locations for blood/sample collection
• Perform venipuncture and sample collection safely and hygienically
• Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and handling of samples
• Maintain cold chain protocols during sample transportation
• Coordinate with diagnostic labs and operations team
• Maintain collection records and patient details accurately
• Follow infection control and biomedical waste guidelines
• Handle patient queries professionally during visits
• Ensure timely pickup and delivery of samples
• Required Skills:Good knowledge of blood collection procedures
• Understanding of sample handling and transportation
• Basic knowledge of diagnostic tests
• Good communication and patient-handling skills
• Ability to travel for field visits
• Qualification:DMLT / MLT / Certified Phlebotomy Training
• Relevant experience in sample collection preferred
