Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers via chat, calls, WhatsApp, and email with product selection and queries
  • Provide accurate information about products, pricing, offers, and order status
  • Handle customer objections and convert leads into sales
  • Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams for order processing and dispatch
  • Manage returns, exchanges, and customer complaints efficiently
  • Maintain customer database and follow up on leads
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
