Job Description: Facilities Manager

Location: Premier Mega Hub, Jorabat

Job Type: 7 Days Working | Accommodation Provided on Premises | No Weekly Leave

Premier Mega Hub, Jorabat is one of India’s largest petrol pumps, with high customer footfall, heavy vehicle movement, and multiple service facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall upkeep and maintenance of the entire petrol pump premises.

• Supervise cleanliness of forecourt, office, washrooms, staff building, parking area, common areas, and customer facilities.

• Handle staff accommodation, room allotment, staff building inspection, and maintenance issues.

• Coordinate daily operations of Dhaba, Car Wash, Convenience Store, Air Tower, Panel Rooms, CCTV, and other facilities.

• Ensure all facility-related complaints, repairs, breakdowns, and pending works are followed up and completed on time.

• Coordinate with vendors, technicians, service providers, managers, and head office for maintenance and operational requirements.

• Track and maintain records of licenses, renewals, tanker papers, statutory documents, and compliance-related follow-ups.

• Monitor staff attendance, discipline, basic HR documentation, and support payroll coordination when required.

• Prepare daily reports for maintenance issues, staff issues, pending repairs, cleanliness status, and compliance follow-ups.

Required Skills:

Strong supervision skills, staff handling, vendor coordination, basic computer knowledge, documentation, follow-up ability, and experience in facility/site operations.

Note: This is a full-time, on-site role with 7 days working, no weekly leave, and accommodation shall be provided within the premises.
