The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling documentation, coordinating with hospital staff, and performing essential administrative tasks while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

Job Role·        Data entry and maintenance of healthcare information systems.

·        Handle Claim Paid Processes, including verification of documents, data entry, claim tracking, and maintenance of claim records.

·        Collect, verify, and update data from various sources with a high level of accuracy.

·        Maintain records, logs, reports, and other administrative documentation.

·        Scan, print, organize, and file documents as required.

·        Coordinate with hospital staff, patients, and patients' relatives to ensure smooth documentation and timely claim processing.

·        Operate office equipment and maintain the accuracy, confidentiality, and security of patient and claim-related information.
