Job Description

Accounts Executive

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily accounting records and data entry.
  • Record sales, purchase, payment, and receipt vouchers.
  • Prepare GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation statements.
  • Generate invoices and maintain customer/vendor ledgers.
  • Prepare reports using MS Excel.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and auditors.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and timely completion of accounting tasks.

Requirements:

  • B.Com/M.Com/BBA (Finance) preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of Tally Prime/ERP and MS Excel.
  • Good understanding of accounting principles.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Freshers with accounting knowledge and experienced candidates are welcome.
