Job Description
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Back Office Executive to handle day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks. The role involves data management, documentation, and supporting internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update records, documents, and data
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and basic reports
- Handle email communication and follow-ups
- Coordinate with sales, purchase, and accounts teams
- Manage ERP / Excel data entry and updates
- Assist in order processing and documentation
- Maintain proper filing and records system
- Required SkillsGood knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email handling
- Basic understanding of ERP software (preferred)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
