Job Description

● Handle and respond to inquiries received through B2B platforms such as IndiaMART and Exporters India.

● Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.

● Identify and develop new customers for the current product range.

● Conduct in-depth market research and analyze product demand and positioning in various markets.

● Explore and develop international markets

● Execute marketing activities, including product promotion and customer engagement.

● Provide technical/product knowledge to clients and address their queries.

● Develop and implement business strategies targeting key customers and industries.

● Manage price negotiations and close business deals effectively.

● Participate in tender bidding and ensure timely submissions.
