Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate data entry in gujarati and maintain company records.
- Prepare and format documents using MS Word.
- Create and update reports using MS Excel.
- Handle office correspondence, file management, and document organization.
- Maintain digital and physical records of projects, clients, and vendors.
- Assist with preparing quotations, letters, and reports.
- Scan, print, photocopy, and manage office documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments for administrative tasks.
- Ensure timely updating of databases and records.
