Job Description
A Counter Salesperson is responsible for assisting customers at the sales counter by understanding their requirements, recommending suitable products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. The role includes handling customer inquiries, demonstrating product features, processing sales transactions, maintaining product displays, managing stock availability, and achieving sales targets. The Counter Salesperson is also responsible for building customer relationships, resolving basic customer concerns, and ensuring the counter area remains organized and presentable while following company policies and procedures.
