Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesMeet clients to understand their requirements, lifestyle, and budget.
- Prepare space planning and conceptual design layouts.
- Create 2D drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop 3D designs and realistic renders using SketchUp, V-Ray, Enscape, or similar software.
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor.
- Prepare mood boards and presentation drawings.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site supervisors.
- Conduct site measurements and regular site visits.
- Ensure projects are executed according to approved designs.
- Resolve design and execution-related issues.
- Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and material specifications.
- Maintain project timelines and quality standards.
- Stay updated with the latest interior design trends and materials.
- Required SkillsProficiency in AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, V-Ray/Enscape/Lumion.
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop and Microsoft Office.
- Strong design sense and creativity.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of materials, furniture, lighting, and construction details.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
