Role & Responsibilities

Promote and sell HDFC Life insurance products to individuals and businesses.

Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.

Build long-term relationships with customers for renewals, referrals, and after-sales service.

Generate new business through field visits, networking, references, and digital leads.

Participate in training programs and ensure compliance with IRDAI and company guidelines.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass (Higher qualification preferred)

Age: 25 years and above

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, honest, and willing to work in the field.

Prior sales/marketing experience is an added advantage but not mandatory.
