SVSM Packaging Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of Heat-Treated Wooden Pallets & Plywood Packaging Solutions, supplying to reputed industries including Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Agro, and Export sectors.
Position: Production Executive
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Dhanora, Vadodara
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day production activities on the shop floor
- Monitor output, quality, and timely dispatch of pallets
- Coordinate with procurement team for raw material availability
- Ensure compliance with ISPM-15 / Heat Treatment standards
- Maintain production records, daily reports & shift logs
- Handle manpower planning and labour supervision
- Identify and resolve production bottlenecks
- Ensure workplace safety and housekeeping standards
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma / B.E. / ITI in Mechanical, Production, or related field
- 1–4 years experience in wood, packaging, or manufacturing industry preferred
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, reporting)
- Good communication & team handling ability
- Freshers with strong willingness to learn may also apply
