Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise installation of solar panels and complete system setup

- Handle DC & AC wiring, cable routing, and connections

- Ensure proper earthing, inverter installation, and system integration

- Check electrical safety standards and compliance at site

- Manage site team, electricians, and technicians

- Read and understand electrical drawings and solar layouts

- Inspect wiring quality and troubleshoot electrical issues

- Coordinate with engineers and project team

- Maintain daily site reports and progress updates

- Ensure timely project completion

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of electrical wiring (AC/DC)

- Understanding of solar systems, inverters, and panels

- Ability to read electrical diagrams and layouts

- Knowledge of earthing, load management, and safety standards

- Basic troubleshooting skills for electrical faults

- Leadership and team handling ability

Qualification:

- ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical or related field

Experience:

- 1–3 years in solar installation or electrical site work
