Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive/Manager – Industrial Instruments

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Sales and Marketing professional to promote and sell industrial instruments to manufacturing companies. The ideal candidate will drive business growth by establishing strong relationships with clients, understanding their technical needs, and providing tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets within the industrial instruments sector.
  • Identify and target manufacturing companies requiring industrial instruments and related solutions.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, technical teams, and channel partners.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with clients.
  • Identify customer needs and provide customized product solutions.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to ensure timely delivery and after-sales support.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Participate in industry trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status.
  • Provide feedback from the market to the product development team for potential improvements.
