Travel Consultant

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Travel Consultant to assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements. The candidate will be responsible for providing travel advice, creating customized travel packages, and ensuring a smooth travel experience for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle travel inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-in clients

• Design and sell domestic and international tour packages

• Book flights, hotels, visas, transfers, and travel insurance

• Provide accurate travel information, itineraries, and pricing to clients

• Follow up with clients and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings

• Coordinate with suppliers, hotels, and vendors for reservations

• Handle client concerns and provide timely solutions

• Maintain customer database and booking records

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
