Position:Accounts & Finance Executive

Location:Vadodara, Gujarat

Company Overview:MA SIGN STUDIO is a growing LED signage, fabrication, printing, and branding company specializing in premium signage solutions including LED channel letters, ACP signage, flex printing, LED screens, and commercial branding projects across Gujarat.

We are looking for a smart, responsible, and detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Executive who can manage daily accounting operations, maintain financial discipline, handle billing, and support business growth through proper financial management.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDaily Accounting WorkMaintain daily sales & purchase entries
• Handle cash book, bank entries, and expense tracking
• Maintain petty cash records
• Prepare daily financial reports
• Billing & InvoicingCreate quotations, invoices, and payment receipts
• Maintain GST billing properly
• Follow up for pending payments and collections
• Coordinate with clients regarding billing issues
• GST & TaxationAssist in GST filing and tax documentation
• Maintain proper accounting records
• Coordinate with CA/accountant for compliance work
• Financial ManagementTrack company expenses and profitability
• Maintain salary and labour payment records
• Monitor project costing and payment schedules
• Support management in financial planning
• Inventory & Vendor ManagementMaintain purchase records and supplier payments
• Track material inward/outward records
• Coordinate with vendors for payment updates
• Reporting & CoordinationPrepare weekly and monthly financial summaries
• Maintain organized documentation
• Coordinate with HR, production, and management teams
• Required SkillsBasic knowledge of Tally, Excel, Google Sheets
• Good understanding of GST & accounting basics
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Good calculation and data management skills
• Honest, disciplined, and responsible personality
• Ability to work under deadlines
• Preferred CandidateExperience: 1–2 years preferred
• (Freshers with strong learning attitude can also apply)
• Industry Preference:
• Printing, signage, fabrication, advertising, manufacturing, or retail accounting experience will be an advantage.

Salary Range₹15,000/- to ₹18,000/- per month

(Based on skills, experience & responsibility handling)
