JOB RESPONSIBILITES

·       Prepare & Process Invoices, Receipts & Payments

·       Generate E-Way Bill

·       Reconcile Bank Statements & Ensure accuracy of Financial Statements

·       Maintain Financial records & ledger

·       Assist with budget preparation & financial reporting

·       Handle Office Administration duties like Attendance Records, Scheduling, Correspondence & Supply Management

·       Prepare & Submit quote to customer

·       Payment Follow up

·       Maintain Compliance related & other official documentation & records
