Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Education Counsellor to guide students and working professionals regarding Online MBA, BBA, B.Com and other higher education programs. The candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students, understanding their career goals, explaining program benefits, and assisting them throughout the admission process.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins.
• Counsel students regarding suitable programs based on career goals.
• Explain program structure, eligibility, fees, EMI options, exams, and career benefits.
• Follow up with interested candidates and convert leads into admissions.
• Maintain regular communication with students during the admission cycle.
• Assist students in registration, documentation, and fee payment process.
• Maintain lead records and update CRM systems regularly.
• Coordinate with university/admissions team for smooth processing.
• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
• Build trust and maintain long-term student relationships.
• Required SkillsExcellent communication and convincing skills.
• Good command over English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
• Strong follow-up and counselling ability.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
• Positive attitude with target-oriented mindset.
• Ability to understand student psychology and career concerns.

• Eligibility
• Graduate in any discipline.
• MBA/Marketing background preferred.
• Experience in EdTech, admissions, sales, telecalling, or counselling preferred.
• ExperienceFresher or Experienced candidates can apply.
• Prior experience in Education Counselling or EdTech sales is an advantage.
