Application Engineer

Our solutions include AI-based safety systems, industrial automation, surveillance integration, PPE detection systems, fire & smoke detection, and customized industrial safety products.

We are looking for a passionate and technically strong Application Engineer to join our New Product Development (NPD) and Research & Development (R&D) team.

• Key ResponsibilitiesNew Product DevelopmentDesign and develop innovative industrial safety and automation products.
• Work on concept development, prototyping, testing, and product validation.
• Support development of AI-based applications such as PPE detection, fire & smoke detection, and industrial monitoring systems.
• Coordinate with vendors, OEMs, and manufacturing partners for component selection and product development.
• Research & DevelopmentResearch emerging technologies in industrial safety, AI, IoT, embedded systems, and automation.
• Evaluate new sensors, cameras, controllers, and industrial communication technologies.
• Conduct feasibility studies and proof-of-concept development.
• Improve existing products through continuous innovation and technical enhancement.
• Application EngineeringUnderstand customer requirements and propose technical solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation, product specifications, and solution presentations.
• Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning of developed systems.
• Provide technical support to sales and project teams.
• Testing & ValidationPerform product testing, troubleshooting, and performance analysis.
• Maintain quality standards and ensure product reliability.
• Prepare test reports and development documentation.
• Required Skills & QualificationsEducational QualificationBachelor’s Degree / Diploma in:
• Electronics Engineering
• Electrical Engineering
• Mechatronics
• Instrumentation
• Computer Engineering
• Automation Engineering
• Or related field
• Technical SkillsKnowledge of industrial automation systems
• Understanding of CCTV, AI vision systems, and industrial safety products
• Basic understanding of AI/ML applications (preferred)
• Familiarity with IoT devices and industrial communication protocols
• Knowledge of AutoCAD/SolidWorks or similar design tools is an advantage
• Basic programming knowledge in Python/C++ is preferred

• Good communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Preferred Experience1–3 years of experience in industrial automation, safety systems, R&D, or application engineering.
