Job Description

1) Prepare & Design Sales Plan or Sales Targets for month, quarter, half yearly & yearly primary & secondary for assigned territory

2) Achieve decided monthly, quarterly, half yearly & yearly Sales plan or target of assigned territory both – primary & secondary

3) Ensure product availability across all key outlets of assigned territory

4) Appoint and manage distributors within the territory

5) Ensure effective stock availability and inventory control at Distributors’ & retailers’ point

6) Expand all distributors’ reach (Value & Volume both) in assigned territory

7) Source & appoint Sales Representatives, Sales Officers on vacant position in assigned territory

8) Lead, train, and motivate Sales Officers / Sales Representatives of team

9) Conduct regular field visits and joint calls with each teammate as per approved tour plan

10) Identify new business opportunities and untapped markets

11) Increase retailer base and outlet coverage

12) Launch new products effectively      

13) Implement promotional schemes and campaigns as per expectation of Company

14) Ensure timely collections from distributors & maintain credit control and minimize outstanding dues in the market

15) Monitor Competitors’ activities & provide feedback as well as actionable insights to the Company time to time

16) Prepare Sales Reports daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and submit to immediate senior or reporting head time to time without any delay
