Assistant Store Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

You’ll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth.

• Attend Customers at the store and welcome them to check our collection and helping them to select correct product by explaining them in detail.
• Follow us with customers who visited in the past / or can visit the store in near future and understand their requirements assisting them to buy relevant products.
• Monitor key trading tasks such as stock management, fragmentation, and product returns.
• Manage new product uploads, category builds, product detail maintenance, and promotional activities.
• Assisting with the day-to-day coordination of the store like billing, packing and proper display of different products.
• On behalf of the company, participate in exhibitions/conferences/events & can handle store as far as styling & Sales is concerned.
• Conduct market research to identify current trends in market/forecast.
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their demands and concerns.
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data- in coordination
• with the team.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with the internal teams.
