Business Development Executive

·       Walking demo of lighting system at experience center with client during their visit

·       Demo and Technical discussion

·       Client and architect coordination for technical debates and important guidance

·       PMC suggestion & recommendation of projects

·       Responsivities of sampling and mock-up

·       CAD Work including drawing study, modification (if required)

·       Verification of suggestion and recommendation at site whether it is done or not?

·       PMC coordination for material delivery and coordination of bill forwarded and receipt of payment

·       Payment follow-up

·       Verifications of quotation whether all items are covered in the quotation as per the drawing of given input or not?

·       Automation programming for BLE

·       Coordination and training to electrician from project-to-project cases

·       Responsivity of show room maint.

·       Awareness of internal stock

·       Co-ordination with internal team such as accounts, logistic, purchase, service sampling etc.

·       Reminders and monitoring of project deadline with internal team, conveying urgency/priority to the team

·       Handling of RIL work in absence of concerned person

·       Responsibility to attend customer service and doing the needful actions for customer satisfaction.

·       Technical training to new employees

·       Helping for new requirement of person

·       Coordination with supplier for the technical parts and understanding

·       Imported product (Linea) purchase up to P.I.

·       Reconciliation of material with site team as well as with internal team

·       Getting knowledge updated on new version /new products innovation in lighting and automation.

·       Involvement and monitoring of site visits, if required

·       Suggestion for process improvement of company
