Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and contribute to company growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, networking, and online platforms.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Understand customer needs and present suitable products/services.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain a sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports.
- Required SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
