Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and surveillance systems
- Run and terminate cables (Cat6, coaxial, fiber, etc.)
- Troubleshoot camera, network, and recording issues
- Perform preventive maintenance and system upgrades
- Configure remote viewing on mobile devices and computers
- Install and maintain access control, intercom, and alarm systems
- Test system performance and ensure proper functionality
- Prepare service reports and documentation
- Coordinate with clients and explain system operations
- Follow safety standards and company procedures
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of CCTV systems, IP cameras, DVR/NVR setup
- Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, routers, switches)
- Cable laying and termination skills
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
- Familiarity with security systems and access control
- Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams
- Good communication and customer service skills
