Job Description
Role: Site Engineer (Waterproofing)
Location: Ahmedabad & Vadodara
Salary Range - 20,000 to 25,000 per Month ( Based on exp. & Interview )
Experience: Fresher or 1 year experience in Waterproofing
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Site Execution: Supervise the day-to-day application of waterproofing systems (e.g., membranes, PU coatings, injection grouting) across structural elements.
Quality Assurance: Inspect surfaces for readiness (moisture, cleanliness) and ensure work complies with technical specifications to prevent leakages.
Labor Management: Instruct, coordinate, and monitor applicator teams to ensure safety protocols and proper application techniques are followed.
Material Management: Track the inventory of waterproofing chemicals and membranes, monitor daily consumption, and minimize wastage.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain daily progress reports, record material consumption, and assist in taking site measurements.
Essential Qualifications & Skills
Education: B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Core Knowledge: Basic understanding of construction chemicals, concrete defects, and structural vulnerabilities.
