Job Description
- Accounting and Auditing:
- Prepare, examine, and analyze financial statements and reports.
- Conduct audits of financial statements for clients in various industries.
- Ensure compliance with all accounting standards and regulations (GAAP, IFRS, etc.).
- Identify and address any discrepancies or errors in financial documents.
- Taxation:
- Prepare and file corporate and individual tax returns.
- Provide tax advisory services to clients on tax planning and compliance.
- Stay up to date with tax laws, including federal, state, and local regulations.
- Help clients reduce their tax liabilities by identifying deductions and credits.
- Consulting:
- Offer strategic advice on financial and business planning, including cost management, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Conduct financial analyses to help clients make informed business decisions.
- Advise on financial risks and opportunities, including mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions.
- Client Relations:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Provide exceptional client service and ensure client satisfaction.
- Copliance and Regulations:
- Ensure adherence to professional standards and regulations such as the ICAI code of ethics.
- Stay informed on industry best practices and regulatory changes.
- Assist in compliance audits and other regulatory activities as needed.
- Team Collaboration and Leadership:
- Work closely with senior team members to meet client needs.
- Mentor and guide junior staff, providing training and support.
- Assist with internal firm projects and help streamline processes.
