About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Customer Relationship Coordinator to support our Industrial Sales team. This role focuses on customer communication, follow-ups and coordination to ensure timely execution of enquiries and orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers through phone calls and emails.
• Follow up on pending enquiries, quotations and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors/OEMs and internal departments for material status and delivery updates.
• Track pending orders, dispatches and payment status.
• Schedule follow-ups and maintain regular communication with customers.
• Maintain CRM/customer records and prepare follow-up reports.
• Support the Sales Team by ensuring timely communication and coordination.

Requirements

• BBA or MBA (Marketing, Sales or Operations).
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Gujarati.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word & Outlook).
• Positive attitude, professionalism and willingness to learn.
