Customer Service Executive

Virtual Pics is looking for a responsible and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team.

The role involves managing daily customer requirements, handling multiple projects, coordinating with our designing and production teams, and ensuring every customer receives fast, professional and hassle-free service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily customer queries, requirements and project details.
• Understand customer requirements and communicate them clearly to the designing team.
• Manage and track multiple album projects and their status.
• Coordinate with designers and internal teams for smooth project execution.
• Take regular follow-ups and ensure projects move as per timelines.
• Provide timely updates to customers regarding their projects.
• Resolve customer queries and issues professionally and proactively.
• Maintain proper records of customer/project details.
• Ensure excellent customer experience with minimum complaints and maximum satisfaction.
• Take ownership of assigned customers and projects from start to completion.

• Responsible, organized and proactive attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Basic computer knowledge is required.
• Experience in customer service, operations or coordination will be an advantage.
