Position: Customer Support Executive

Qualification:

Graduate/Undergraduate + fresher/experience

Working Days/ Shifts:

06 days working and Rotational shifts (Morning & Evening) for Boys, and Day shits for Girls

Salary: 15K CTC and 22K CTC 


JOB ROLE: 

Candidate will be Handle Request, Queries and Complaints through Inbound. 

Empathy towards the customer. and solve their doubts

Different processes available depend on interview and experience

Problem Solving Skills 

Good communication skills in English. Clear pronunciation
