Position: Senior Design Engineer / Lead Package Engineer

Industry: Oil & Gas Surface Equipment, Well Testing Packages, Early Production Facility, Process

Skids

Job Responsibilities

• Complete Process Design Calculations for Oil & Gas Packages

• 2 Phase / 3 Phase Separator sizing and verification

• Pressure Vessel Design and Geometry Development

• Prepare PFD, P&ID;, Process Datasheet and Equipment Datasheet

• Line sizing, hydraulic calculation and PSV sizing

• Develop GA drawings, fabrication drawings and nozzle orientation

• Review engineering drawings before manufacturing

Pressure Vessel Design Expertise

• PV Elite / Compress calculation

• ASME Section VIII Div.1 vessel design

• Shell thickness calculation

• Dish end thickness calculation

• Nozzle reinforcement calculation

• MAWP and Hydrotest calculation

• Saddle support calculation

• Lifting lug calculation

• Vessel MTO preparation

Skid Structural Design Expertise

• Skid frame calculation as per DNV requirements

• DNV 2.7-1 / DNV-ST-E273 knowledge

• Offshore lifting calculation

• Pad eye and lifting lug design

• Transportation load verification

• Structural analysis and design review

Third Party Inspection / Certification

Ability to handle engineering approval with:

ABS, DNV, BV, Lloyd's Register, TUV and Client TPI agencies.

Responsibilities:

• Submit calculation package

• Resolve TPI comments

• Design verification and final approval

Software Expertise Required• PV Elite - Expert Level

• Compress - Expert Level

• Aspen HYSYS - Advanced

• AutoCAD - Advanced

• SolidWorks - Advanced

• STAAD Pro - Advanced

• ANSYS - Preferred

• Caesar II - Preferred

• MS Excel Engineering Calculation - Expert

Preferred Candidate

Experience: 5-15 Years

Background: Mechanical / Process Package Engineering

Experience in:

Well Testing Package, Production Separator,

Pressure Vessel Manufacturing,

Oil & Gas Modular Skid Packages.
