Design Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Design Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, designing, and improving new and existing products. The Design Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure that designs meet customer needs and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Design and Development:
• Conceptualize, design, and develop new products and components using SolidWorks software.
• Create detailed drawings, 3D models, and specifications for manufacturing.
• Conduct feasibility studies and testing to validate design concepts.
• Project Management:
• Manage design projects from concept to production, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
• Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Technical Analysis and Problem Solving:
• Perform engineering calculations and simulations to verify design integrity.
• Identify and resolve design issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Documentation and Compliance:
• Prepare and maintain design documentation, including technical drawings, reports, and BOMs (Bill of Materials).
• Ensure designs comply with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Participate in design reviews and suggest improvements to enhance product performance, manufacturability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in design engineering.

Plant Location: Itola, Near POR, Vadodara

(You will have to work 3 days from Office and 3 days from Plant)
