Job Summary

Asiatic Education Institute is looking for a dynamic and persuasive Counselor / Telecaller to guide prospective students and parents about our courses and career opportunities. The role involves handling inquiries, counselling students, and converting leads into admissions through effective communication and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

1. Student & Parent Counseling

• Counsel students and parents about available courses, career scope, and benefits
• Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs
• Provide accurate information about course structure, duration, and fees

2. Telecalling & Lead Conversion

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for inquiries and follow-ups
• Convert leads into admissions through effective communication
• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested candidates

3. Admission Support

• Assist students with the admission process and documentation
• Coordinate with the admin team for enrollments and batch allocation

4. Lead Management

• Maintain and update lead data in CRM or Excel
• Track daily calls, follow-ups, and conversions
• Ensure proper reporting of admission status

5. Communication & Relationship Building

• Build strong rapport with students and parents
• Address queries, concerns, and objections professionally
• Maintain a positive and professional image of the institute

6. Marketing Support

• Support promotional activities, campaigns, and events
• Coordinate for seminars, workshops, and career guidance sessions

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 1–3 years of experience in counseling, telecalling, or sales (education sector preferred)
• Excellent communication and convincing skills
• Languages: English, Hindi (Gujarati preferred)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel)

Working Conditions

• 6-day working week
• Performance-based incentives applicable

Salary Range

₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives (based on performance)
