Job Description – In-Shop Promoter (JBP)

Position: In-Shop Promoter (JBP)

Department: Sales

Location: Goa, (MP) Indore, Bhopal, Jabalpur, Raipur,Vadodara, Dharampur, Bhandara, Wan,

Salary : (20,000 NTH per month)

+ PF, ESIC, Medical claim

Role Purpose:

The In-Shop Promoter (JBP) is responsible for promoting and selling Dulux products at assigned

Retail stores by engaging customers and influencers, driving sales, and ensuring effective in-store

Visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers and recommend suitable Dulux products based on their requirements.

• Promote Dulux brands and drive sales at assigned retail outlets.

• Build relationships with painters, contractors, and other influencers to improve product throughput.

• Achieve assigned sales targets.

• Ensure proper merchandising, product display, and brand visibility as per company guidelines.

• Share market feedback and competitor insights with the reporting manager.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th Pass.

• Prior experience in retail sales/promoter roles will be an added advantage.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-focused with a sales-oriented approach.

• Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.

Experience: 0–3 years in retail sales/promoter activities preferred
