Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesVisit farmers, agricultural land owners, dealers, and local markets to generate sales
- Promote agricultural equipment and explain product benefits
- Arrange and coordinate product demonstrations at customer locations
- Follow up with leads generated through calls, WhatsApp, references, and walk-ins
- Build long-term relationships with farmers and repeat customers
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Collect customer feedback and market information
- Maintain records of visits, inquiries, and sales updates
- Coordinate with shop staff for demo scheduling and deliveries
- RequirementsExperience in field sales, preferably in agriculture, machinery, pumps, tools, or related products
- Good communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi (basic English preferred)
- Comfortable traveling locally in and around Vadodara
- Confident in speaking with farmers and explaining products practically
- Ability to handle product demo coordination independently
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
- Preferred SkillsKnowledge of farming equipment and agricultural products
- Sales negotiation and customer handling skills
- Basic smartphone and WhatsApp usage
