Field Engineer / Technician – Job Description


We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Field Engineer / Technician to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation of heavy-duty multifunctional printers at customer sites
  • Providing training and demonstrations to customers on machine usage
  • Diagnosing issues and performing repairs as needed
  • Conducting regular maintenance and servicing of equipment
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and effective support

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Field Technician or Field Engineer
  • Willingness to travel and perform field work
  • Basic technical knowledge of printers or similar equipment
  • Good communication and customer-handling skills
