Job Description
We are seeking a passionate, result-oriented, and dynamic German Language Tutor to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging, and interactive German language lessons to students and working professionals aiming to study or work abroad. You will guide learners from beginner (A1) to upper-intermediate (B2/C1) levels, effectively preparing them for international CEFR certification exams (such as Goethe-Institut, TELC, or ÖSD).
- Key Responsibilities: Instruction & Delivery: Conduct comprehensive German language training sessions (online or classroom-based) focusing on all four core linguistic skills: Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking.
- Lesson Planning & Customisation: Design structured lesson plans, interactive study materials, practice worksheets, and multimedia content tailored to diverse learning speeds and styles.
- Exam Preparation: Specially coach students on the structural formats, modules, and time-management strategies required to pass official Goethe, TELC, or ÖSD examinations.
- Student Assessment: Continuously evaluate students' language proficiency, track progress through assignments and regular mock tests, and provide constructive, personalised feedback.
- Cultural Contextualization: Integrate cultural awareness, real-life scenarios, proper pronunciation, and professional etiquette of German-speaking countries (DACH region) into language acquisition.
- Administrative Syncing: Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress reports, and collaborate with academic coordinators to streamline enrollment or study abroad timelines.
