* Handle customer queries through chat and voice in a professional, polite, and timely manner.

* Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns effectively.

* Manage multiple chat conversations and voice calls with accuracy and efficiency.

* Maintain proper records of customer interactions in the system.

* Follow company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards.

* Coordinate with internal teams whenever required to resolve customer issues.

* Build customer trust through clear, confident, and professional communication.

* Maintain a calm and solution-oriented approach while handling customer concerns.

* Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt and effective support.

## Requirements

* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

* Strong typing speed and multitasking abilities.

* Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

* Basic computer knowledge is mandatory.

* Experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.

* Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts.

* Ability to handle both chat and voice support professionally.
