We are setting up a Global Treasury Centre in GIFT City and are seeking a high-caliber professional to anchor tax, accounting, and regulatory compliance for the entity. This role will be critical in managing investment holding structures, treasury operations, and end-to-end compliance in an IFSC environment.

What you will do in this role

• Manage end-to-end direct and indirect tax compliance, including return filings and tax provisioning
• Ensure compliance with IFSC/IFSCA regulations, FEMA, and other applicable laws and act as Compliance Officer for the entity
• Support treasury operations including fund flows, investments, and intercompany transactions
• Oversee forex transactions and ensure regulatory compliance under FEMA/IFSC framework
• Manage withholding tax (TDS/WHT) obligations and related reporting
• Drive transfer pricing compliance, documentation, benchmarking, and reporting in coordination with global teams
• Oversee accounting, financial reporting, and reconciliation of transactions
• Build and maintain strong internal controls and ensure audit readiness
• Liaise with auditors, consultants, and internal stakeholders

• Qualified CA / CS / LLB (preferred) with 5–7 years of relevant experience
• Strong experience in tax, treasury, and regulatory compliance
• Exposure to cross-border transactions, forex regulations, and transfer pricing
• Prior experience in financial services / treasury / IFSC environment is a plus
• High ownership mindset and ability to operate in a new entity setup
