Job Summary:**

The Manufacturing Quality Assurance Entry Para-Professional supports quality assurance incoming inspection activities within Power Transformer bussiness of Hitachi Energy India Limited ensuring products meet established quality standards and specifications. This role assists in implementing and maintaining quality control processes.

Job Responsibilities:**

* Perform incoming inspections and basic functional testing of bought out components according to defined procedures and Quality Plan.
* Document inspection results, non-conformances, and corrective actions accurately in quality management systems.
* Travel to source end for component inspections as per customer and Hitachi requirements.

* Assist in the investigation of quality issues, identifying root causes, and supporting the implementation of preventive measures.
* Support the calibration and maintenance of quality testing equipment.
* Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure adherence to quality standards.
* Participate in vendor quality audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
* Follow all safety protocols and quality guidelines.

Job Qualifications:**

* Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with 01 or 02 years experience or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with 04 or 05 years experience. Experience in Power Transformer manufacturing is preferred.
* Familiarity with basic quality control concepts and tools is a plus.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
*Basic computer proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite. SAP Q Module is preferred.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
* Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks, lift moderate weights, and stand for extended periods.
