  • Maintain DCR and update CRM/portal with lead and customer details
  • Manage incoming leads and coordinate follow-ups with customers
  • Handle payment follow-ups and basic documentation
  • Coordinate dispatch and track material delivery status
  • Assist customers with loan/finance process and documentation
  • Support sales team with daily operations and reporting
