Operation Assistant

We are a pan-India engineering services provider seeking a proactive and organized Operations Coordinator who is ready to build a career in the NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) field. The role involves managing day-to-day planning, coordinating with clients and employees, and supporting operational activities at the base location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily planning and scheduling for clients and field employees
• Coordinate manpower allocation and ensure smooth execution of site activities
• Handle client communication and support operational requirements
• Maintain records of workforce deployment and project updates
• Support base operations and ensure workflow efficiency
• Assist in developing processes for better operational control

Requirements:

• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in the NDT field
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage priorities
• Basic knowledge of operations or manpower planning is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting
