Job Description
Store Operations ● Open and close the showroom as per company SOPs. ● Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and customer-ready every day. ● Monitor lighting, AC, security systems, and overall store readiness. ● Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and vendors for repairs and service requirements. ● Maintain operational checklists and report any issues promptly. Customer Sales Support ● Assist customers with jewellery selection whenever required. ● Provide an excellent customer experience by understanding customer needs. ● Support senior sales executives during customer interactions and peak hours. ● Upsell and cross-sell suitable jewellery collections.
