Job Description

BASKLY is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to join our growing team. If you're passionate about sourcing quality products, building supplier relationships, negotiating the best deals, and optimizing supply chains in a fast-paced startup environment, we'd love to hear from you.

✅ Product Quality Verification & Compliance Coordination

✅ Supply Chain Coordination & Logistics Management

✅ Procurement Reporting, Documentation & Data Analysis

✅ Cross-functional Collaboration with Operations, Inventory & Finance Teams

✅ Ensuring Timely Product Availability and Stock Management

What We're Looking For

✔ 0–2 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Operations, FMCG, Retail, or related fields

✔ Strong negotiation and vendor management skills

✔ Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

✔ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

✔ Proficiency in Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel

✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

✔ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

✔ Ownership mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Bonus Points

⭐ Experience in FMCG, Grocery, Retail, Agriculture, or E-Commerce Procurement

⭐ Understanding of inventory planning and demand forecasting

⭐ Experience with supplier sourcing and contract negotiations

⭐ Knowledge of logistics and warehouse operations

⭐ Familiarity with ERP, inventory management, or procurement software
