Job Description

•    Supervise and execute the daily production plan for the assigned shift, ensuring on-time completion of all production orders.

•    Monitor machine utilisation, operator productivity, and process parameters throughout the shift to prevent deviations.

•    Enforce 5S discipline, PPE compliance, and safe working practices across all areas within the shift.

•    Submit daily production vs. plan deviation reports with reasons and corrective actions to the Production Manager.
